Breathe in the smell of simple life in the Osttiroler Tassenbacherhof.

The inn “Tassenbacherhof” is centrally located at the entrance of the small village Strassen in the picturesque valley called Pustertal, which is surrounded by the Carnic Alps and the mighty Dolomites of Lienz and South Tyrol.

The historic house, which has been lovingly restored in 2012, unites centuries-old history with modern architecture that leaves nothing to be desired.

pic5In our exclusively equipped luxury flat for 6 to 10 persons, spacious 250m² that are flooded with light will await you. Relax in the Finnish sauna with sanarium function and in the relaxation room made of Swiss pine, which are both directly integrated in the flat. Besides, a large couch landscape with flatscreen-TV as well as a book corner and free wifi provide the right setting for complete relaxation and the feeling of being at home.

pic6Bake with me your own delicious bread in the wood baking oven and go on a culinary trip through our regional specialities and herbs during one of my cookery courses. Have I managed to stir up your enthusiasm?

The simple things in life are the best!
